- Vast experience in strategic planning, drafting of business plans, structuring and implementation of GRC areas in Corporate Governance environments;
- Headed the implementation of agro-industrial projects with high international visibility;
- in countries such as Thailand, USA, Mexico and Argentina;
- Knowhow in the talent identification and development through humanized, participative, collaborative and innovative management, with a high-performance culture;
- MBA certified by FGV, Fundação Dom Cabral and KPMG;
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
